The 2012 Home Tour is scheduled for Sunday, April 29 and will feature homes in the Centrum, Vendome, Claridge, Park Towers, and Place des Vosges. The After Party will be at the Ritz Residences.

Parking is NOT allowed at individual residences.
Buses will shuttle guests from the Park Creek Place garage to all homes on the tour and can be met at any tour location.

From maintenance of our Urban Forest and native wildlife to assurance of our air and water quality, TCA preserves the ecological balance of our Corridor.
OUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Turtle Creek Association members are leaders in preserving the corridor's natural beauty and developing a vision for the future. Organized over 25 years ago to supplement efforts of the City of Dallas, the Association works to preserve and protect a valuable natural resource for all who drive, walk or jog along Turtle Creek.
A sampling of the projects TCA has underwritten include:
Beautification
$450,000 investment in median landscaping along Turtle Creek Boulevard.
$60,000 investment in median landscaping on Blackburn Street.
$60,000 investment median landscaping on Lemmon Avenue.
$25,000 annual investment in median maintenance
$15,000 investment in new trees along Turtle Creek Boulevard
$15,000 annual investment in seasonal color in flower beds along Turtle Creek Boulevard
Restoration
$135,000 investment in a Master Plan for Turtle Creek identifiying public infrastructure needs.
$45,000 investment in a new sidewalk installed from Blackburn Street to Avondale Avenue, in partnership with City of Dallas Park and Recreation Department.
Preservation
$150,000 investment in the development of a Forest and Wildlife Management Plan
$100,000 organizational Endowment managed by the Dallas Foundation.
Similar projects to those listed above are always ongoing, with TCA providing nearly $200,000 each year to fund area enhancements and improvements.
