TCA’s mission is to promote, protect and enhance the Turtle Creek Corridor, which encompasses over 80 city blocks and includes almost 90 acres of green space. Turtle Creek also includes an urban forest that is home to over 2600 trees and a broad array of wildlife.
Our organization was founded 25 years ago and has a long history of successful investment in the Turtle Creek corridor. We have invested over $600,000 in landscaping the medians along Turtle Creek Boulevard, Lemmon Avenue, Blackburn and Fitzhugh. We annually invest over $50,000 in landscape maintenance and the colorful flowerbeds throughout the park. In short, we provide the beautiful amenities long associated with the area.
Today, Turtle Creek’s needs are greater than ever. City services are being reduced, while our infrastructure is aging and in need of repair. By making a commitment to the “Friends of Turtle Creek” Campaign, you will increase the investment we can make to our shared neighborhood.
Our continued success depends on you!
